Returns Policy

All items are custom made. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is a problem with your order, please contact me at studio@petittostudio.com and I will work with you to find a good resolution. Products with serious damage or errors can be replaced, though returns are not possible. 
In the case of product damage, please email all pictures of damage, original packaging, and shipping label to studio@petittostudio.com  This information is crucial in allowing my production partner’s team to determine the cause of the damage.
