Dune Shack: Limited Edition Wall Art, Brilliant High Quality Print on Rigid Aluminum Panel

This piece was inspired by the historic dune shacks of Race Point within the  Cape Cod National Seashore. These small rustic shacks were built and occupied by various artists in the early 20th century and are significant for their role in the development of American art and literature.  The small, weathered, remote shacks - often built on pilings to adjust for the ever-moving sand dunes surrounding them - are surrounded by dunes and have no paved roads leading to them. As in this creation, there are patches of dune grass, sand and sea. They have been a significant retreat for painters, sculptors and writers for a hundred years. 

No need for a frame, the aluminum print includes a backing to offset it slightly from the wall, and a wire for hanging. All you need is a wall and a hook. This ready to hang original piece is available in landscape sizes from an intimate 6x8 inches to a large 30x40 inches, perfect for evoking the sense of sand and ocean on any wall. NB due to its small size, the 6x8 inch piece comes with a cleat for hanging rather than a wire.
